<p>A guide sleeve mounted in the cart is used to control a steering device. A force exerted by e.g. a spring presses the steering device in a downwards direction against the upper part of a fork. The steering device contains a groove with downwards-pointing flanks for locating the upper part of the fork so that the fork and the steering wheel on it are locked in a first position allowing the cart to be moved in the backwards-forwards direction. At least one of the sides of the fork and one of the groove flanks are slanting so that the fork can be turned out of the first position, pressing the steering device upwards in a direction opposing the downwards force. The fork is pivotable about an axle mounted in the cart.</p> |
