An ovenable enclosure (10) for pizza or other heatable food product comprise s a box of taint free board having an interior clearance over the pizza, a central vent (15) in the upper surface and a metal plate (16) on lower surface. The enclosure gives more consistent heating of the pizza with reduc ed edge dryness.
