<p>There are provided a wire harness assembling device and a wire harness assembling method capable of easily arranging a sub-harness. A wire harness has a plurality of sub-harnesses. Each of the sub-harnesses has identification information so as to be distinguished from one another. A wire harness assembling device (1) includes a wire arranging plate (10), LED (11), a bar code scanner (12), and a control device (13). The wire arranging plate (10) has a plate main body (14), on whose surface (14a), a sub-harness, i.e., a wire harness is arranged. The LED (11) is arranged corresponding to the branching point of the wire harness arranged on the wire arranging plate (10) and the terminal of an electric cable. The bar code scanner (12) acquires the identification information. The control device (13) extracts the branching point and the terminal where the sub-harness of the identification information acquired by the bar code scanner (12) passes through. The control device (13) turns ON the LED (11) corresponding to the branching point and the terminal extracted and turns OFF the others.</p> |
