FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should pre-develop an excessive skin flap around cicatrix due to directed dosed skin stretching along the directions of skin power lines. Then one should dissect cicatrix at orienting the line of incision being parallel to skin power line. One should apply sutures without wound's edges tension. The innovation enables to prevent the tension of wound's edges that prevents excessive growth of keloid tissue. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
