FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, kitchen devices for seaming and gripping of hot glass cans during seaming of cans containing canned food. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has support, fasteners made in the form of brackets, and cylindrical reservoir. Support is made square and is adapted for rigid positioning of cylindrical reservoir made from thermally stable polymer material thereon. Cylindrical reservoir is commensurable with regard to diameter with standard can of 3 l volume and reaches mid portion of can neck. Fasteners are provided in opposite corners of support in single diagonal line. Flexible layers are positioned along other diagonal line of support. Cylindrical reservoir has detachable inner supports for cans having volumes of 0.5 l, 0.7 l, 1.5 l, and 2.0 l. ^ EFFECT: safe seaming of hot cans containing canned foods and simplified construction of apparatus. ^ 1 dwg |
