The device has a cephalic stem (6) with a free end (6a) and a threaded end, where one end is inserted in a housing adapted for a head of the femur. A jig bushing (4) is introduced and fixed in a transversal oblique passage in the proximal zone of an intramedullary nail (3). The bushing has channels to receive, through their respective insertion ends, an end of a cephalic screw (5), and the threaded end of the stem.
