The transducer has a roof (1) that is uncoupled from a rear part of the transducer using a metallic compensator (7) placed between the roof and a case (10). The compensator is made of stainless steel, and is presented as a tube of undulated form. Two metallic maintenance rims (8) are welded on the compensator and are fixed rigidly by a screw at the roof and at the case. An independent claim is also included for an application of the acoustic transducer is to the fabrication of the acoustic antenna.
