The device has diffusers (13, 13`) of either S-shape in case of an engine with a single rotational direction, or X-shape in case of an engine with double rotational directions, placed inside a rotor (2). Fixed vanes (16) are placed on an engine block (1). A part of the rotor forming a shoulder blocks the vanes in their lateral part. Openings on the rotor are placed in front of injectors that fill the vanes progressively.
