Drying is carried out at temperature of at most 70°C for at most 10 min, and heat treatment is carried out in gas-fluidized bed at temperature of at most 70°C for at most 5 min. Pressing is carried out in two steps, namely after the first pressing raw material is cooled to temperature of at most 40°C and the second pressing is carried out.
