摘要 The present invention relates to a power generation apparatus using solar energy, which comprises: a dual solar cell generating DC electric power using a part of ultraviolet rays and visible rays of sunlight; a converging lens for enabling the sunlight to converge on the dual solar cell and a thermoelectric semiconductor element; a Fresnel lens including a transitive surface having a concave portion formed around a vertical axis so as to concentrate the sunlight from the converging lens and output the sunlight to the thermoelectric semiconductor element, and including an outgoing light surface having a symmetrical structure around the vertical axis to irradiate uniform light to a lower panel having the dual solar cell by enabling a reflector to reflect the light concentrated from the converging lens such that a convex portion can collect the reflected light; and the thermoelectric semiconductor element generating a thermal electromotive force by a temperature difference through a black sheet for separating only the infrared light from the sunlight concentrated from the transitive surface of the Fresnel lens. The solar energy input per unit area increases several times to significantly improve the efficiency of electric power production. A solar cell module relatively taking a lot of investment can be replaced by a cheap converging lens. In addition, the total investment costs of a photovoltaic system required for ensuring a space such as a site or a building roof for installation of the solar cell module can be significantly reduced.
