The procedure involves driving/moving a support (3) with respect to a table (4) in a repetitive manner. A succession of 2D images from an area of interest, taken by a recording unit (2) during the movement of the support with respect to a table is processed to reconstitute a 3D modeling of the area. The modeling presented to a user is refreshed periodically by the repetitive driving or moving of the support. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a device for fluoroscopy imaging (b) a procedure for determining a set of functional parameters by using a fluoroscopic radiography (c) a device for fluoroscopy x-ray device.
