PURPOSE: A preparation system of an electrode membrane assembly for a fuel cell is provided, to improve the uniformity of an electrode catalyst layer, to allow the coating amount to be controlled precisely and to minimize the swelling of a polymer electrolyte membrane. CONSTITUTION: The preparation system comprises a pressurizing spray device which comprises a spray nozzle(4) for spraying a catalyst solution, a supply container(1) for supplying the catalyst solution quantitatively to the spray nozzle according to the gas pressurizing method, and a transfer part(3) for transferring the head of the spray nozzle to the part of a polymer electrolyte membrane or diffusion layer(6) where the catalyst solution is coated; and a hot wind drying device(8, gas blower). Preferably the supply container comprises a catalyst solution exit, a carrier gas entrance, a tube and a stirrer, and the catalyst solution exit is installed at the upper part of the supply container. |
