PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easiness in attachment of a front grille at accuracy rougher than the conventional products. SOLUTION: A speaker comprises: a plurality of projection parts 5 arranged on a baffle board 2 in the front face of a cabinet 1 and constituted of a magnetic substance; a plurality of recessed parts 6 arranged on the back of a front grille 4 and opposed to the projection parts 5; and magnets 7 attached to respective bottoms of these recessed parts 6. Out of the plurality of projection parts and the plurality of recessed parts, the first projection part and the first recessed parts opposed to that are arranged at accuracy in a loosely fit state. The second projection part and the second recessed part opposed to that are arranged at accuracy in a loosely fit state in the circumferential direction around the first projection part and the first recessed part, and at accuracy rougher than the loosely fit state in a radius direction passing the center, and the remaining projection parts and recessed parts are arranged at fitting accuracy rougher than the loosely fit state.
