PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker unit for demonstrating fully the sound performance of a speaker while the speaker can be fixed tightly to a panel like a door panel of a vehicle by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The speaker unit is fixed to a panel with a plurality of mounting units. A reactive force creating unit fixed tightly to the surface of a panel for creating a reactive force in an anti-panel direction at mounting on the panel is formed at the mounting face between the first and the second mounting units of a speaker frame.
