PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing program capable of appropriately correcting a local dark current component caused by the heat generator of an image pickup device. SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises means 11-13 for estimating dark current distribution (D<SB>(m, n)</SB>) in the effective pixel region of the image pickup device, based on a plurality of first pixel signals outputted near the generator (for example, the output section of FDA, or the like) of at least the image pickup device in the light-shielding pixel region in the image pickup device 20; and a correction means 14 for correcting a plurality of second pixel signals (S<SB>(m, n)</SB>) outputted from the effective pixel region, based on the dark current distribution (D<SB>(m, n)</SB>).
