PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that enables a viewer to easily access a web page by linking a television program to the web page. SOLUTION: EPG information on the program name or the like of a television program which is viewed or viewed last is added and stored when a registered bookmark is registered. When a web page is browsed while the television program is viewed, a registered bookmark is searched for based upon the EPG information of the program being viewed and when a corresponding bookmark is found, the web page is automatically displayed.
