PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller dispensing with manual analysis by automatically detecting control variables being the factor of a change in control variables. SOLUTION: A control program execution circuit 14 for executing a control program in which a plurality of instruction words are described in graphical language causes an input information memory 20 to store the input information for each instruction word at the previous scan execution and at this time scan execution, and causes an output information memory 21 to store output information after the previous arithmetic operation and this time arithmetic operation, and compares the previous and this time input/output information, and searches for the factor of a change in certain output information.
