PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive refracting power lens which has a positive vertex refracting power in the distance part, whose center thickness is thin while keeping its meniscus shape and which is thin as a whole. SOLUTION: A progressive refracting power lens has a positive vertex refracting power in the distance part, and at least its inner surface is a progressive surface. When the vertex refracting power in the distance part at a vertical cross-section is Pf, an addition refracting power is ADD and the surface refracting power of an outer surface is D1, a conditional expression (1) is satisfied.
