PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration air conditioning system capable of saving a space for a condenser to be installed and saving energy. SOLUTION: As the heat exchange between a refrigerant of a first refrigerant circuit 40 and a refrigerant of a third refrigerant circuit 60 is performed by a first cascade condenser 33, the first cascade condenser 33 as the condenser at a third refrigerant circuit 60 side can be miniaturized in comparison with a conventional air-cooling type condenser, and its installation space can be saved. Further the refrigerant of the first refrigerant circuit can be evaporated by the first cascade condenser 33, the heat discharged to the outside air as exhaust heat can be effectively utilized at a first refrigerant circuit 40 side.
