PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control fuel temperature and engine cooling water temperature while reducing fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hydraulic source 11, a first cooling fan 16 sending cooling air for cooling engine cooling water, a second cooling fan 15 sending cooling air for cooling fuel, a first hydraulic motor 13 driving the first cooling fan 16, a second hydraulic motor 12 driving the second cooling fan 15, a load detecting means 21 detecting the load of an engine 1, and flow rate control means 14, 20 controlling a pressurized oil supplying amount to the hydraulic motors 12, 13, so that in association with an increase of an engine load factor detected by the load detecting means 21, the pressurized oil amount from the hydraulic source 11 to the first hydraulic motor 13 is increased, and also the pressurized oil amount to the second hydraulic motor 12 is reduced.
