PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pyrrole compound having an antidiabetic activity or its salts, in more detail, the new pyrrole compound having the antidiabetic activity of improving insulin resistance and controlling blood glucose value more safely, and a new diabetic treating agent. SOLUTION: This new pyrrole derivative is expressed by formula 1 [wherein, the number of R<SP>2</SP>s may be one or more, and are each independently H, a substitutable lower alkyl, a substitutable aryl or a halogen atom; Ar<SP>1</SP>is a substitutable aryl or a substitutable heteroaryl; W<SP>2</SP>is a substitutable lower alkylene, a substitutable lower alkenylene; Ar<SP>2</SP>is a substitutable arylene or a substitutable heteroarylene; Ar<SP>3</SP>is a substitutable arylene or a substitutable heteroarylene; W<SP>3</SP>is a single bond, a substitutable lower alkylene or a substitutable lower alkenylene; W<SP>4</SP>is a single bond or a substitutable lower alkylene; and R<SP>1</SP>is H or a substitutable lower alkyl].
