PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device capable of carrying articles while equally supplying the articles from a plurality of article supply conveyors for an article carrying conveyor. SOLUTION: A carrying control means selects an article carrying area Z for reservation by reservation at the upstream side than an article supply conveyors 9 positioned at the most upstream side in a state while the article carrying area Z for reservation corresponding to the article supply conveyors 9 having an article to be supplied equally exists when the article A is supplied to the article supply conveyors 9. When the article A is carried to the article supply position in the article supply conveyors 9, the carrying control means selects the article carrying area Z or vacant article carrying area Z existing at the upstream side than the installation position of the article supply conveyors 9 as the article carrying area Z for supplying. When the article carrying area Z for supplying reaches the installation position of the article supply conveyors 9, the carrying control means controls the operation of the article supply conveyors 9 so as to supply the article A to the article carrying area Z for supplying.
