PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling up device solving the problem wherein a cord is overlapped in a device in the unnatural form and it is easily twined when the cord is pulled out in a conventional cord rolling up device, capable of dividing and tidily storing the cord in the device according to the pulling out direction of the cord and smoothly performing paying out of the cord at pulling out. SOLUTION: The rolling up device is provided with a case 2 provided with a conduction opening 21 for upper stage and a conduction opening 22 for lower stage on an opening peripheral edge opposed to a radial direction; and a slit-like cut-in part 12 for inserting the cord in the radial direction. In the rolling up device, a lid part 1 having a central part formed with a shaft part 11 stored in the case and covered on the opening peripheral edge of the case 2; and an approximately disc-like partition plate provided with a mounting hole 16 engaged with the shaft part and a notch part 14 formed in a radial direction are mounted to a middle part of the shaft part 11 such that the notch part 14 and the cut-in part 12 of the lid part 1 become in the same direction.
