PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of a car body capable of effectively reducing vibrational energy of a floor panel transmitted from frame members of the car body and reducing acoustic radiation from the floor panel. SOLUTION: This floor panel structure constitutes a floor of an automobile with the floor panel 6 connected to the plurality of frame members 16, 25, 26 arranged in the car body longitudinal direction and in the car widthwise direction. The floor panel has a spare tire pan 50 forming a highly rigid part by projecting in a cross-sectionally recessed shape so as not to make contact with at least the three frame members out of the frame members, a flat surface part 60 forming a low rigid part by flatly extending roughly in the whole area of a circumference of this spare tire pan and a reinforcing bead 56 to improve supporting rigidity of a spare tire 70 mounted on the spare tire pan and extending so as not to make contact with the frame member with which the spare tire pan does not make contact out of the frame members.
