The invention concerns a sequenced amphiphilic polymer containing reactive functions in the hydrophobic block, frozen self-assembled structures of said sequenced amphiphilic polymers, their preparations and their uses in the form of aqueous dispersions in a solution containing an antagonistic function for producing stable mono-component systems.
