PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspergillus mutant which can dramatically improve the production amount of a heterologous enzyme by the transformation through the induction of a saccharifying enzyme gene, and to provide a transformant in which the saccharifying enzyme gene is induced into the aspergillus mutant.SOLUTION: The invention provides an aspergillus mutant in which a full-length or a part of prtR gene encoding the transcription factor of Aspergillus oryzae HO2 strain (Accession number: NITE BP-01750) is deficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
