<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module in which output from a solar cell can be prevented from lowering without causing declination in incident light to the solar cell, and manufacture thereof can be facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting module is manufactured by laminating at least a solar cell part 1, a first adhesive layer 16, a second translucent insulating substrate (transparent PET) 17, a second metal layer (circuit pattern) 18, a light emitting part 2 consisting of a light emitting element (chip LED) 19, a second adhesive layer 20, and a third substrate 21 sequentially. When the light emitting part 2 is fabricated, a transparent PET 17 having a thickness of 50-500 μm on which a circuit pattern 18 is formed previously is employed. Silver paste hardening through heating at 150°C for 30 min is employed as the circuit pattern material and the circuit pattern 18 is formed on the transparent PET 17 by screen printing and thermally set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
