<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven outboard motor enabling a sufficient area of electricity generation to be secured for each solar cell and of preventing the solar cells from being damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The electrically driven outboard motor 1 is equipped with an electric motor 14, a battery 34 to supply the electric power to the electric motor 14, and a control unit 35 to control the revolving speed etc. of the electric motor 14, wherein the arrangement further includes a charger 36 to charge the battery 34 and the solar cells 46 and 47 to supply the electric power to the charger 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
