<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber ampoule for dosing a mixture consisting of a plurality of substances, which is suitable for repeated usage, is simply formed, is easy to handle, and can be easily produced at a favorable cost. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-chamber ampoule 100, which is designed to store plural substances and dose the mixture consisting of the plural substances, is provided with a multi-plug stop 40 for selectively closing or opening plural dosing openings thereof, and an adapter 30 for mixing substances and dosing the mixture.
