<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon phenol resin composite molding material with high conductivity, heat conductivity, and gas impermeability, capable of obtaining a molded product with a high flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: It concerns a composite molding material, of a phenol resin modified by rubber and carbon, obtained by polymerization reaction of phenol, aldehyde, and a rubber kind mixed with carbon powder under existence of reaction catalyst. A content of the carbon powder in the carbon phenol resin composite molding material is set at 75 percent by mass or more. The carbon phenol resin composite molding material with a high carbon content can be obtained with an excellent state of dispersibility of rubber-modified phenol resin with the carbon powder. Further, the rubber-modified phenol resin has its flexibility augmented by the rubber modification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
