<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display on a screen for recognizing at a glance how long it takes to move to a point when a start point is determined so as to provide determination data for determining the start point and the target point from a standpoint of conveyance efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An area where an industrial robot can convey a work is displayed on the screen of a display device. When the moving start point of the industrial robot is specified at an arbitrary position on the screen, a necessary moving time from the moving start point is divided into a plurality of sections at predetermined time intervals. The area on the screen where the robot is capable of moving is calculated for each section of the necessary time.
