PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit with a small circuit scale capable of adjusting the drive capability. SOLUTION: P-channel MOS transistors 11, 13, 15, and 17, and N-channel MOS transistors 21, 23, 25 and 27 respectively comprise one transistor, two, four and eight transistors connected in parallel. The P-channel MOS transistors 11, 13, 15, and 17 selected by NOR gates 51, 53, 55, and 57 in response to an application signal to a power side control signal line 170, and the N-channel MOS transistors 21, 23, 25 and 27 selected by NAND gates 61, 63, 65 and 67 in response to an application signal to a ground side control signal line 180 are respectively driven by any of pre-drivers 12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28 and take part in driving of another device connected to an output signal line 130.
