<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector, contact of which has few risk of breakage. <P>SOLUTION: First holders 317 opening toward a first printed circuit board 8 and second holders 318 opening toward a second printed circuit board 9 are prepared in a housing 31. First signal contacts 32 are prepared in the housing 31 so that they extend in the direction D where the print circuit boards 8 and 9 are opposed to each other through the first and second holders 317 and 318. First and second elastomers 33 and 34, respectively, which are pressed in the direction D by the printed circuit boards 8 and 9, are installed in the first and second holders 317 and 318, respectively, so that a part of them are out of the holders. Second signal contacts 34, which are in contact with the first printed circuit board 8 and get in contact with the first signal contacts 32 when the first elastomers 33 are pressed, are prepared in the first elastomers 33.
