PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the miniaturization of an optical circuit by applying a holographic wave motion transmission medium. SOLUTION: This optical functional circuit is constituted by arranging a wave motion transmission medium 511 in which a spatial distribution of refractive index which is determined so that an optical signal which is made incident from an input port is branched while multiply scattering with refractive indexes of respective virtual pixels demarcated by virtual meshes to be emitted from output ports is formed two-dimensionally, and the optical wave motion functional circuit 511 is characterized in that an input-output pair of an input port and an output port is set and distribution of refractive index is formed for every functions (521-523).
