PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which can supply stable internal voltage not based on the number of operating banks. SOLUTION: Internal power source voltage Vint is supplied to banks B1 and B2 by making the internal voltage supply capacity of an internal voltage supply circuit 2101 variable according to the bank address signals.
