PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image which is browsed on the Internet on a portable terminal simply and with the optimal size. SOLUTION: Selection of an optional image desired to be acquired is accepted on an Internet browser, a transmission form is displayed, an address of a size list display program is transmitted to the portable terminal, a model of the portable terminal is automatically discriminated, a list of image transformation forms and display size suited to intended use in the portable terminal is displayed, an image transformation form and display size desired to be acquired are selected from the list, the image is changed into the selected image transformation schema and the display size by a resolution change program and displayed.
