PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine guide bag hooking system for making a urine guide bag mainly used at a medical site so as to be inconspicuous to a third person by covering it by simple constitution, easily confirming a collected urine amount, making the covered urine guide bag fixable to a constituting rod constituting a medical tool such as an existing bed or an existing infusion rack, reducing burdens on medical workers, and simultaneously not giving mental pains also to patients. SOLUTION: The urine guide bag hooking system comprises a urine guide bag cover 1 for covering a surface area where the urine collection state is viewed from the outside of the urine guide bag B with a flexible belt body, and a urine guide bag fixing tool 2 provided with a hook part 21 formed into a roughly recessed shape in the side face view for hooking a holding part B2 of the urine guide bag B covered with the urine guide bag cover 1 and a band part 22 provided integrally with the hook part 21 for clamping the constituting rod P1 and supporting the hook part 21.
