PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot welding evaluation method capable of evaluating the spot welding by a non-destructive inspection. SOLUTION: In the spot welding evaluation method, a plurality of metal bodies overlap, and are held by a pair of electrodes consisting of first and second electrodes, and the spot welding to weld the metal bodies through pressurization and conduction is inspected in a non-destructive manner. The spot welding is performed by using a pair of electrodes with a recess formed on the surface of any one of the first and second electrodes, and acceptance/rejection of the spot welding is evaluated based on the height of a projecting part formed on a spot-welded part by the electrode having the recessed part.
