PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate film and its forming method by which the particulate film can be more simply formed, film thickness of the particulate film can be controlled to optional thickness, uniform particulate film can be produced, the particulate film can be formed into an optional shape according to a purpose and which can be applied to a wide application field without specifying the object where the particulate film is formed and by which danger toward dust can be reduced without depending on a characteristic and a shape of a particulate film material or of an object where a film is formed. SOLUTION: After a dispersed mixture obtained by dispersing particulates of inorganic material or metallic material in polymer material is placed or adhered or applied on an object to be coated, only the polymer material is evaporated or is removed by decomposition to form a particulate layer on the object, thereby having the covering structure.
