The method for automatic initialization of an indirectly measuring tire pressure monitoring system is applied when, without a pressure loss, newly measured tire rotation parameters differ from the reference values stored in the system. An independent claim is also included for a computer program covering an algorithm which implement the proposed method for initialization of an indirectly measuring tire pressure monitoring system.
