<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow fan of low noise even under a heavy load condition, of high efficiency by reducing load of a fan drive motor, capable of improving performance of an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: This cross flow fan has a cross section of a unsymmetrical streamline shape in relation to a division line L when arc length of a blade cross section cut perpendicularly to a longitudinal direction of a fan blade 3 is evenly divided.
