<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which can suppress oxidation of carbon of its oxidizer electrode, and a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A unit cell 20 constituting a stack 2 has an electrolyte membrane 21, a first cathode electrode layer 321c and a second cathode electrode layer 322c which are constructed adjacent to one side surface of the electrolyte membrane 21 each independently in order to prevent a mutual gas migration, an anode electrode layer 32a formed adjacent to another side surface of the electrolyte membrane 21 in a region overlapping at least the first cathode electrode layer 321c, a cathode gas conduit 28c formed adjacent to the first cathode electrode layer 321c, a cathode side conduit 29 for starting formed adjacent to the second cathode electrode layer 322c, and an anode gas conduit 28a formed adjacent to the anode electrode layer 32a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
