<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal entry system capable of narrowing down the range of people who desire to make entry, thus enabling them to apply in an appropriate way. <P>SOLUTION: The information terminal entry system includes a handbill 3 that records QR codes or empty mail addresses; a cell phone 5 for letting an applicant input an empty mail address or read and send a QR code; a registration form sending means 7 for sending input forms 15, 17 to the cell phone 5 based on the entry information transmitted; and a management PC 9 capable of receiving the information inputted by means of the input forms 15, 17 and sending a message to the cell phone 5, indicating whether an application has been accepted.
