<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of an analysis by preventing a brain function state from being analyzed based on imprecise brain wave signals detected by electrodes due to short circuit between the electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The subject brain function analyzing apparatus is provided with a plurality of electrodes 2 disposed in contact with the scalp A and detecting the brain wave signals S1, and a brain function analysis part 4 processing the detected brain wave signals S1 and analyzing the brain function state.
