<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the complication of jam processing by dividing and opening the carrying passage in the optimal state for jam processing at the position based on the jam occurring position. <P>SOLUTION: The carrying passage is formed by a first structure body 21, a second structure body 26, and a frame 10. The first structure body 21, the second structure body 26, and the frame 10 are separated and opened to the same direction around the rotation fulcrum 23 by a reciprocating motion of a solenoid 28, and a solenoid 29. A sensor 27, a sensor 38, a sensor 22-1, and a sensor 22-2 detect the jam occurring position of a printing media, and the control part (CPU of a device body) which is not shown drives at least one of the solenoid 28 and the solenoid 29 based on the jam occurring position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
