<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bellows rubber hose capable of continuously manufacturing the bellows rubber hose, which has a resin inner pipe, the intermediate rubber layer provided on the outside thereof, a reinforcing layer for imparting pressure resistance and an outer surface rubber layer with high productivity at a low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the bellows rubber hose 10 includes a process for preliminarily molding the resin inner pipe 16 into a bellows pipe and a continuous long pipe 10A, a process for continuously coating the outer peripheral surface of the resin inner pipe 16 with an intermediate rubber layer 18 in a bellows shape using the resin inner pipe 16 as a core to mold a long pipe 10B, a process for continuously braiding reinforcing yarns on the outer peripheral surface of the long pipe 10B to mold a long pipe 10C having a bellows-shaped reinforcing layer 20, a process for continuously forming an outer surface rubber layer 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the long pipe 10C to mold a long pipe 10D and a cutting process for continuously vulcanizing the long pipe 10D and automatically cutting the vulcanized pipe into individual bellows rubber hoses 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
