<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile memory device for performing DDR operation, and data output method. <P>SOLUTION: The data output method includes the steps of: outputting data in response to a first edge and a second edge of a read control signal; judging whether or not a write control signal and the read control signal are to be simultaneously generated at the first edge; and stopping outputting data at the next second edge of the read control signal if the write control signal and the read control signal are simultaneously generated at the first edge. The step of outputting the data includes the steps of generating a sub read control signal having a double frequency of the frequency of the read control signal in response to the read control signal; increasing a corresponding address value for each first edge of the sub read control signal; and outputting data corresponding to the increased address value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
