PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate hysteresis by simple constitution by varying the threshold voltage of an inversion circuit when input voltage is slowly changed. SOLUTION: The hysteresis generating circuit comprises a first inversion circuit 2 for receiving an input signal and outputting an inversion signal of the input signal, a second inversion circuit 3 for receiving the output from the first inversion circuit and outputting an inversion signal, a current switching part provided with a plurality of constant current sources and a switching means for switching these constant current sources and capable of switching a current to be supplied to the first inversion circuit 2, and a current control part for controlling the switching of currents in the current switching part.
