PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use a low-cost Internet telephone set even at an arbitrary place including outdoors while the telephone set has an extremely simple configuration. SOLUTION: The Internet telephone system is configured in such a way that a cellular phone 20 functioning as an audio input means for inputting audio and an audio output means for outputting audio is connected to a notebook type personal computer 10 provided with at least a function of being connected to the Internet via a radio network. In the Internet telephone system, upon establishing a line used for communication with a communication party, the PC 10 sends out audio signals inputted by the cellular phone 20 via the radio network and the Internet, and causes the cellular phone 20 to output the audio signals received from a communication party via the Internet and the radio network.
