PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophobic material throw-in device and a hydrophobic material throw-in vehicle, throwing a fixed quantity of a hydrophobic material such as a crushed stone and shells, gravel and volcanic ash intact into a dug groove for burying an underdrainage pipe without crushing. SOLUTION: This hydrophobic material throw-in device throws a hydrophobic material or the like stored in a storing part 12B into the dug groove for burying the underdrainage pipe. The device includes: a supply port for the hydrophobic material or the like to supply the hydrophobic material delivered from the storing part 12B into a belt conveyer 32, whereby the hydrophobic material delivered from the storing part 12B is transferred above the dug groove by the belt conveyer 32 to throw the hydrophobic material into the dug groove, and a vibration mechanism for applying vibration to the hydrophobic material or the like is disposed in the supply port.
